Few questions that we've got so far. If you've a question which is not answered here, feel free to open a ticket.
Question : Why does the modules have recurring fee & not one time?
Answer : For this module to work we have dedicated servers & the workspace cost, which is recurring. Hence its not possible for us to keep it one time.
Question : How does it work?
Answer : We've developed our own api which is based on emails. For it to work, you will have to forward the cashapp payments emails to our email address (Dedicated for venmo/cashapp/zelle) : cash@ezapi.cc OR venmo@ezapi.cc OR zelle@ezapi.cc
Question : Where are our emails (venmo@ezapi.cc , cash@ezapi.cc & zelle@ezapi.cc) hosted?
Answer : We understand privacy concerns, our emails are hosted at google workspace.
Question : How does it work since it doesnt have api?
Answer : We've made our own api, based on emails obviously which works perfectly for the transactions.
Question : What if i dont want to forward emails?
Answer : We understand your concern about the privacy, In that case the module wont work. Thats why we highly suggest to create filter using subject "Sent you", So no confidential codes from cashapp are forwarded to the email.
Question : What happens to extra emails from cashapp/venmo/zelle that are not for the transaction or notes are not matched?
Answer : All emails are deleted from the inbox as they are read by api. If its relevent we record(notes match your invoice) the transaction, if its not then the emails are deleted immediately.
Question : How are the transactions differentiated between each user?
Answer : Each user has a unique number generated which they have to enter as a note when sending payment.
Question : Does it show to Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle which website are the payments coming from?
Answer : No
Question : What are the limits of Cashapp/Zelle/Venmo?
Answer : Unfortunately we dont know how much you can accept, You can certainly check on their official website for the limits.
Question : Can we limit the transactions?
Answer : Not yet, We'll be releasing a newer version soon in which you'll be able to limit the transaction received by each gateway independently.
